Returns and Exchanges

Eligible returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, complete, and in their original packaging. Contact us before returning any item so we can provide authorization, instructions, and the official return address.

BRASSLISM covers approved return shipping when an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from its description, or missing parts upon delivery. Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours with photos or video for verification.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for eligible change-of-mind returns, including ordering the wrong item or deciding the item is no longer wanted. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

1. Request the return within 14 days of delivery.
2. The item must be unused, uninstalled, unaltered, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and parts.
3. Custom or personalized products, gift cards, installed or used items, and items marked Final Sale are not returnable unless defective or required by law.
4. Do not send a return before receiving authorization and the official return address.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. No restocking fee applies. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation may be requested within 24 hours after payment, provided the order has not been fulfilled or shipped. We will make reasonable efforts to stop the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed once warehouse processing has begun. Shipped orders follow this return policy.
